Service Levels

Significant extra benefits are available to those agents wishing to gain maximum advantage from the Directory. To subscribe either to the Level One or Gold Service, please go to our Order Form.

Level One

	Your Directory entry is promoted into the top section of the listings for your town and postcode area, above non-paying agents.
	Your business name and website link are specially highlighted.
	Your office telephone number is included in the Directory listing.
	The contact email referral box, next to your Directory listing, is always ticked by default.
	The applicant enquiry and owner valuation referrals we send you include their email address and telephone numbers, in addition to their standard name and address details.
	If you deal with both sales and lettings, your office can be listed with the same benefits in both the Sales and Lettings sections of the Directory.
	Annual Subscription:
Level One - Sales   Level One - Lettings Sales listing only   £300    Lettings listing only   £300 with Lettings listing *   £375    with Sales listing *   £375 * Same address, but can have different telephone number and email

Gold Service

Includes all the benefits of Level One, plus the following:

	Exclusive to just five agents in each town (or eight agents in each town if there are more than fifty agents in total), guaranteed to appear above all other agents.
	"Recommended" tag, reinforces your commitment to respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently.
	Greatly expanded search areas - your office can be listed to appear in up to 5 additional towns, 5 additional localities and 5 additional postcode areas, giving you the chance to receive many more enquiries (these extra listings appear in the "Level One" format).
	Applicant email referrals can be screened by price, allowing you to set the minimum and maximum price levels for enquiries.
	Annual Subscription:

The subscription price covers one office for one year, exclusive of VAT - there are no additional charges. You can choose to pay either by online secure credit card, or by invoice (due within 14 days). Changes will normally take effect in the Directory within one working day of an Order being received.
