How to receive Applicant Referrals and Owner Instructions
First, your office needs to be registered with the National Directory of
Estate Agents. If you are not sure whether your office is already included
in the Directory, please refer to "How to get your
office listed in the Directory".
Directory users looking to buy, sell, rent or let a property usually start by looking at the properties available on
individual agents' websites, but when they get really serious they will use our free Enquiry Service to make direct contact
with the agents they choose. On average we email around 10,000 Applicant Referrals to estate agents and letting agents
every day.
Provided you have access to the internet and an email account, we can register you to receive applicant and owner referrals
- even if you don't have a website.
All we need is your email address and we can then include a check-box next to your entry in the search results for
your town. Each time an applicant or property owner ticks your box and completes our registration form, we will email
you their details so that you can take appropriate action.
Just decide which Service Level is right for you, then complete our Order
Form with your details. As soon as we receive your order we will update the Directory so that you can start to
benefit from enquiries straight away.
