Surf beats turf by a short head in the relocation stakes

Last month it was Newquay, now it's the turn of Falmouth to top the list in the UK Property Shop Moving Location Index just released for March 2006. But race goers are the winners at Ayr and Cheltenham, for those who fancied an each-way bet, coming in at positions two and three.
