Channel 4 is currently in production of a fourth series of 'A Place by the Sea', which helps house-hunting hopefuls find their dream home by the coast. The producers are actively looking for people to take part in the show who are looking to relocate, buy a second home or take the leap as a property investor and would like the help of some of Britain's finest property experts to snap up that best buy.
'A Place by the Sea' trawls every nautical mile of the UK coast and discovered that, if you look hard enough, there are still property gems to be found in all sorts of unlikely places: from well trodden 'bucket and spade' towns like Brighton, Penzance and Weston Super Mare to obscure corners of West Wales, Essex, County Cork, Kent and the East of Scotland.
