Halifax Estate Agents (HEA) scooped the top prize for the third year running at the Estate Agent & Letting Agent of the Year Awards 2007.
HEA received the national award for 'Best Estate Agency Chain'. The award is based on direct feedback from customers, with judges looking for exceptional customer service.
The event is supported by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and featured special guest presenter Phil Spencer from Channel 4's 'Location, Location, Location'.
Commenting on the award, Colin Kemp, HEA managing director said: "To receive this award three years in a row shows the consistently high level of customer service Halifax Estate Agents offer. It's made even more rewarding as the results are based on customer feedback."
