Upshoot is a new service launched in London to help take the guesswork and legwork out of property development. Available as a free service only through selected estate agents, details about your property are processed by a London based architectural practice, who create a feasibility study within 48 hours. This supplies the property owner with construction costs, planning guidelines and feedback specific to the property, also outlining the next phases of the project.
The estate agent visits your property and takes just four photographs and a measurement of the ceiling height, which is then uploaded to the Upshoot website. From there, using local architectural knowledge and a unique database, a comprehensive report is provided for that particular property, including the percentage likelihood of planning success, architectural possibilities, local contractors and construction costs.
